The ITA-AITES World Tunnel Congress WTC 2026 in Montreal brought together thousands of specialists, engineers, contractors and researchers from all over the world to discuss current challenges and innovations in tunnelling and underground construction.
As Transbet, we had the pleasure of participating in this outstanding event as delegates. During the congress we visited the extensive exhibition, where the world's leading companies in tunnelling, mining and underground infrastructure presented their latest solutions, technologies and equipment. We had the opportunity to see impressive scale models of tunnel boring machines, modern support systems, and specialist materials used in the most demanding underground projects.
The congress was above all a time for valuable conversations. Direct meetings with specialists from different parts of the world, visits to company stands and participation in presentations allowed us to broaden our perspective on the directions the global tunnelling industry is heading. This is the kind of knowledge that translates directly into the quality of work we deliver in our projects.
Participation in WTC 2026 is another step in consistently building the experience and international position of Transbet – a company specialising in concrete prefabrication, formwork systems and supporting underground and tunnel construction across Poland and Europe.
