§ 1

Data controller

1.The controller of personal data is Steeltrans Sp. z o.o., ul. Topolowa 5, 37-700 Przemyśl, Poland, NIP (VAT ID) 7952536987, KRS 0000618210 (the “Controller”).
2.In matters concerning personal data you can contact the Controller by e-mail at zbrojarnia@transbet.com.pl, by phone at +48 539 677 770 or by post at the registered address.
3.This policy applies to the website transbettcs.com and its subpages in Polish and English (the “Website”).

§ 2

1.The contact form on the Website does not send any data to our server. Clicking “Send message” opens your own e-mail program with a prepared message. The data (name, e-mail address, phone number, message) reaches us only when you send that message.
2.Data provided by e-mail or by phone is processed to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer, conclude and perform a contract, and continue the correspondence.
3.When you use the Website, the server automatically records technical data (including IP address, date and time of the visit, browser type and the address of the page visited). It is used to keep the Website secure and working properly.
4.With your consent we collect visit statistics and data used to measure the effectiveness of advertising (see “Cookies”).

1.Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Website also uses browser storage (localStorage), which works in a similar way.

Without your consent we store only what the Website needs to work:
1. a)cookie_consent and cookie_consent_date – to remember the choice made in the cookie banner.

Once you consent in the banner, the following may be loaded through Google Tag Manager:
1. a)Google Analytics (including the _ga and _ga_* cookies) – statistics on visits and on how the Website is used,
2. b)Google Ads (e.g. the _gcl_* cookies) – measuring the effectiveness of ads and remarketing.
4.Consent is handled with Google Consent Mode. Until you consent, Google tools do not store analytics or advertising cookies.
5.You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of the Website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6.You can also change cookie settings in your web browser, including blocking or deleting stored cookies. Restricting necessary cookies may make the Website harder to use.

1.Videos on the Website are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). A video connects to Google’s servers only after you start it.
2.The Website contains links to our social media profiles and to other websites (including transbet.com.pl and steel-trans.pl). We do not embed plug-ins of these services – data reaches them only once you visit their pages, under the terms set by their operators.

1.Using Google and Vercel services may involve transferring data to the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

1.Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer and continue the conversation, and then until any claims become time-barred.
2.Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by tax and accounting law.
3.Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn. Cookies expire after the period set by their provider or when you delete them in your browser.
4.Technical server data is kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.

Every person whose data we process has the right to:
1. a)access their data and receive a copy,
2. b)have the data rectified,
3. c)have the data erased,
4. d)restrict processing,
5. e)data portability,
6. f)object to processing based on legitimate interests,
7. g)withdraw consent at any time.

3.You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

§ 10

1.Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer an enquiry or fulfil an order.
2.We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would have legal effects on you.
3.This policy may be updated, for example following changes in the law or in the Website’s features. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: 15.10.2026.
